Michaela Pert

Michaela Pert – Personal Trainer

Michaela completed her Certificate IV in Personal Training and Fitness in 2018. Since then she supervised thousands of personal training sessions. She also works as a group fitness instructor. Michaela is devoted to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. All her hard work payed off and she was voted the second best trainer on The Central Coast in 2020.

From a young age Michaela has always been interested fitness and sport. She represented the Blacktown district in Netball from the age of 12 to 17. As part of her netball training she had to attend the gym and from then on she became passionate about health and fitness.

In 2017 Michaela had to have surgery on the back of the head and cervical spine for Chiari malformation. Michaela took that life changing event and decided to pursue what she felt so passionate about and became a personal trainer and fitness instructor.

As part of Michaela’s rehabilitation for the head and neck surgery she required
Physiotherapy treatment. From her experience of rehabilitation she has developed a special interest in using strengthening exercise to help others recover from their injuries.

If you are a woman looking to get strong and healthy Michaela is your go to personal trainer. She specialises in getting women strong in the fastest and safest way possible.

Michaela is passionate about learning more and is currently studying a Diploma in Fitness.

Living on the beautiful Central coast with her husband and their 3 sons, Michaela enjoys spending time with her family, sports, working out & gaining more knowledge along the journey to help her clients feel healthier, happier & stronger.
