Meet Michaela Pert
Michaela completed her Exercise and Sport Science degree at Newcastle University in 2025. Since then she supervised thousands of personal training sessions. She also works as a group fitness instructor. Michaela is devoted to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. All her hard work paid off and she was voted the second best trainer on The Central Coast in 2020.
Passion for Fitness and Sport
From a young age Michaela has always been interested in fitness and sport. She represented the Blacktown district in Netball from the age of 12 to 17. As part of her netball training she had to attend the gym and from then on she became passionate about health and fitness.
Personal Journey and Clinical Empathy
In 2017 Michaela had to have surgery on the back of the head and cervical spine for Chiari malformation. Michaela also lives with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. She took these life changing events and decided to pursue what she felt so passionate about and became a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
